Top Quarterback Recruit Pose With Deion Sanders Before Colorado Game
On Saturday, first-year coach Deion Sanders hosted an expected visit with the top 2025 quarterback recruit, raising concerns anew as Colorado football's stock rises.
Five-star QB Bryce Underwood posted two photos of himself with Sanders on X (previously Twitter) before the No. 25 Buffaloes' home game against Colorado State.
Underwood visits the school for the first time since accepting an offer in January.
The photos of Underwood, a junior at Belleville High School in Michigan, and Sanders, who signed former No. 1 prospect Travis Hunter,
intrigued many high school and college football fans given the excitement surrounding Boulder entering the weekend.
Sanders and CSU coach Jay Norvell talked before Saturday's game, so the duo standing in front of Coach Prime's 2023 “We Coming” motto shouldn't be a surprise.
Underwood, 6' 3", 205 pounds, is rising after a two-year dominance that led Belleville to back-to-back state crowns.
He visited CU a day after a flawless, five-touchdown shutout win that boosted his excitement.
