Quick 30-Minute Low-Calorie Dinners

Instead of making the normal hamburgers or chicken breasts on the grill, make this grilled mahi mahi and get compliments.

1. Grilled Mahi

This healthy version of kimchi fried rice is one of my favorite meals because it can be made in different ways.
